This is our replication of the Victorian British 11th Hussars officer’s full dress tunic in crimson wool high-grade Melton ( the wool is 85% wool content and balance 15 % cotton & linen ingredients, around 11 oz. wt., mill dyed to crimson, tight weave, soft) fabric with elaborate braided white cord and Austrian knots and frogging across the single breasted, piped chest. The tunic Features plain silver ball buttons, white cord shoulder loops, and matching decorative cuff knots, this tunic reflects the flamboyant cavalry style of the late 19th century. Worn for ceremonial occasions and parades, it represents the distinguished uniform tradition of one of Britain’s most famous hussar regiments.
