Custom Orders: For custom uniform orders, please ensure all specifications (sizes, colors, logos, etc.) are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided specifications. Custom orders may have longer processing and delivery times. We are not responsible for the specifications provided by you and hence no liability shall accrue.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in US$ and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added to your order total.

Shipping Policy: 

• Once the order has been handed over to a reputable international shipping carrier our responsibility and liability ceases.
• Shipping delays can occur due to many reasons: customs, congestion at airports, incorrect address etc. We are not responsible for these.
• We reserve the right to choose shipping company for your area.
• We prepay your shipping. You don’t need to pay the shipper anything extra. However, sometimes customs can charge additional amounts, tariffs,octroi or there may be remote area charges etc, these are your responsibility.
• If a shipping company violates from its delivery period policy – you will need to take it up with them, we are not liability.
• Lost/stolen packages will be compensated for according to the shippers policy, we are not liable.
• We do not insure packages unless specifically asked to do so.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for refunds and returns. We will show you pictures of your custom order before dispatch if required.
