At Replicaters, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. General Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unworn items within [Number] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in its original packaging.

It must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

It must not be a custom-made item, unless it is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Custom-made or personalized uniforms.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

Items that are not in their original condition.

Hygiene related items, if the packaging has been opened.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.   

Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and labels, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect item shipped).   

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.   

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within [Number] business days.   

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds may take longer to process during peak seasons.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange.
