Shipping

• Only reputed international priority shippers like FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, etc are used – all packages are shipped with carriers who have international tracking.
• Caps are packed in hat boxes and all orders are packed in boxes to preserve quality – this slightly increases our shipping cost but protects the order.
• We are not responsible for any delay, damages, loss, theft, or destruction of the packages/orders.
• We prepay all shipments.
• You are responsible for additional duties, taxes, cess, surcharges, etc at your end.
• We are deemed to have delivered your order upon handing over the package containing your order to the shipping company.
• The nomenclature and description of your order in the AWB might differ and it shall be deemed acceptable to you. This is for the purpose of customs.
• You can change the shipping destination at any time till the order is shipped, and till 24 hours after shipping.
• We have no control over shipping delays though normally packages deliver within a week of shipping.
• Please give your full door delivery address and phone number. A PO Box number is not adequate.
• You will get an invoice for your consultancy/research and development order separately along with any samples you may have ordered.
