- Pair of cross straps forming the characteristic “X” front.
- Bayonet frog for 1876 socket or 1888 pattern bayonet.
- Water bottle carrier with leather loop and strap.
- Optional haversack strap and black bayonet scabbard frog.
Construction: Hand-stitched and riveted in period-correct fashion with solid brass fittings.
Finish: Natural buff whitened with pipe-clay; available also in unpolished buff finish.
