This WW2 German Heer ceremonial command pennant is a reproduction of triangular pennants used by senior Army officers, headquarters staff, and command vehicles. Featuring the gilt Wehrmacht eagle above a wreath on a black field with gold fringe, it represents a formal command and identification pennant rather than a combat or field flag.
