This WW2 German ceremonial swallowtail standard is a reproduction of presentation and command pennants used by senior party formations, escort units, and headquarters elements for parades and official display. Featuring the classic red field with a central wreath-enclosed emblem and corner eagles, it represents a formal ceremonial standard rather than a field-used flag.
• construction: single sided with finished reverse for ceremonial display.
• fabric: smooth silk satin-finish cloth replicating period presentation standards.
• dimensions: approximately 90 x 120 cm (swallowtail format).
• central motif: emblem within a decorative oak-leaf wreath applied via stitched appliqué or high-resolution bullion hand embroidery.
• corner devices: four stylized party eagles with emblem, correctly oriented.
• edging: white stitched border following the swallowtail outline.
• fringe: white decorative fringe along outer edges.
• hoist edge: reinforced sleeve for staff or wall mounting.
• sleeve width: approx. 6–7 cm.
