The Swedish Tält m/10 and Tält m/39 models feature modular canvas panels (tältduk system), durable khaki and olive-green waterproofed fabric, and wood-and-iron frame construction—engineered for rapid field deployment and severe Nordic weather. The Norwegian Ridge Tents represent the simpler, non-modular A-frame design used by Norwegian troops before modernization in 1939–40, constructed from natural or khaki canvas with wooden poles and reinforced seams.
