The WWII U.S. Army M1941 Wool Trousers, officially designated the Trousers, Wool, Serge, OD, were standard issue for all enlisted men and officers during the early and mid-war years. Made from durable olive drab wool serge (100% original, natural fibers, 570-600 gsm, naturally mill dyed, 80% plus wool), these trousers were worn with the M1941 Field Jacket, wool shirt, or Class A tunic depending on the duty or theater of operation.
They feature a high-waisted cut with button fly, two side slash pockets, one rear buttoned pocket, belt loops, and reinforced seat seams for durability. Designed for use in field, garrison, or dress wear, they provided excellent insulation and durability through varying climates and campaigns.
