These reproduction field trousers represent the evolution of German Army issue during World War II. Initially crafted with high tailoring standards and durable materials, each successive model reflected changes in logistics and wartime economy. The M36, M40, and M42 trousers are all faithful to their period designs, ideal for reenactors, collectors, and museums.

M36 Field Trousers:
Made from fine field-grey wool with a subtle greenish hue. Features include a high waist, tapered legs, reinforced seat, side waist adjusters, suspender buttons, a watch pocket, and tapered cuffs ideal for tucking into jackboots.

M40 Field Trousers:
Retains the M36 cut but made from coarser wool in a greyer tone. Some features like the internal suspender buttons and button fly remained, but detailing was slightly simplified.

M42 Field Trousers:
A wartime economy version with even coarser wool, often lacking the watch pocket or seat reinforcements. The cut remained functional but stripped of excess tailoring. Still effective and durable, reflecting the mid-war supply constraints.
