This WW2 German D.D.A.C. (Der Deutsche Automobil-Club) organizational pennant is a reproduction of vehicle and event pennants used by the German motoring association after its incorporation under National Socialist administration. These pennants were displayed on cars, motorcycles, and at official rallies or motoring events, serving an identification and ceremonial role rather than any military function.
• construction: single sided pennant with finished reverse for display.
• fabric: smooth woven cotton replicating period pennant cloth.
• dimensions: approximately 35–45 cm in length (triangular pennant format).
• central motif: D.D.A.C. emblem within a white roundel, applied via stitched appliqué.
• field design: white field with red cross arms outlined in black.
• edging: clean stitched edges without fringe.
• hoist/attachment edge: reinforced white header with cord loop for vehicle staff or pole mounting.
• stitching: machine stitched with reinforced seams.
