British Army Jungle Green Wool Sweater – WWII Tropical Pattern Pullover

This authentic reproduction of the British Army Jungle Green (JG) Wool Sweater replicates the lightweight tropical pullover issued in the later stages of World War II and during postwar campaigns in Burma and Malaya.
Made from fine-gauge khaki-green wool, it features a V-neck opening, reinforced cotton drill shoulder and elbow patches, and ribbed cuffs and waistband for close fit and durability. Designed to be worn under the jungle shirt or bush jacket, this sweater provided warmth during cool monsoon evenings while remaining breathable in humid tropical climates.
A practical yet understated garment, it became a distinctive element of the British Far East uniform ensemble from 1943 onward.
