We manufacture our patches by:

Hand embroidery – and will make even piece.
Machine embroidery – we have the machines and equipment to manufacture even 1 patch by machine embroidery, as they were done in ww1, ww2, Korean and Vietnam conflictis and every conflict thereafter.
We can manufacture your patch in 1 piece or 10,000 using computerized embroidery. Earliet, computer programs were required and hence computerized badges and patches could only be made in bulk to cover the cost of programming. However, using AI systems – there is no such cost – and we will make any minimum number of patches/badges.
We can copy the artwork from your pictures and dimensions provided by you.
Earlier, sending a single patch or badge was expensive as courier companies charged a minimum shipping amount of 1/2 kg. However, FedEx has given us a special deal which allows us to ship a minimum package of 50 gms only for $3.60 only. Now getting that patch/badge is absolutely within reach.
