Our WW1 British (Tommy/BEF)/Australian Army (AIF)/ANZAC/Canadian (CEF) Army P”08/Pattern 1908 webbing is made in Khaki webbing correct for the period. Unlike other webbing sets being sold locally and in the UK (which are dyed after weaving), we first dye the yarn that comprises the webbing and then weave the webbing using the same machines and equipment used during the Great War so the weave is tighter, and there is no interstitial white spaces in the webbing.
The webbing is colored in vegetable dyes and is safe for your use and handling. We offer the complete set of webbing, unlike our competitors at a 30% lower price and will be happy to give you individual components too (just email us for prices and quantity) or click on the product selection menu to choose. The webbing has brass fittings replicated as per the originals.
The Pattern 1908 webbing became iconic of the British Tommy/Australian (AIF)/ANZAC Forces in the trenches and remains one of the most recognizable military equipment sets of the First World War.
