A highly accurate reproduction of the WW2 Soviet Red Army summer field uniform ensemble, consisting of the lightweight khaki cotton gymnastiorka tunic, matching breeches, and leather waist belt. The gymnastiorka features the characteristic stand-up collar, pleated breast pockets with pointed flaps, and four front buttons in the traditional half-placket style. Shoulder boards can be attached to the reinforced shoulder loops with buttons, allowing unit insignia or rank badges to be displayed.
The breeches are cut in the classic Soviet wartime pattern with wide thighs tapering into the calf for wear with puttees or jackboots. Both the tunic and breeches are made from breathable, tightly woven khaki cotton drill — ideal for summer field wear across the Eastern Front. The set is completed with a high-quality reproduction of the Soviet leather belt in brown finish with brass buckle, faithfully recreated from wartime originals.
This ensemble was the standard issue for enlisted men and junior NCOs of the Red Army from 1941 onwards, widely seen in the campaigns from Moscow to Berlin.
Puttees included.
