US civil-war/Span-Am era war uniforms and gear

Welcome to Ujna Universal A Unit of Akhileshwar Exim Pvt. Ltd.’s US War of Independence/US Civil-War/Span-Am era War uniforms and gear page. We could have made the uniforms and cheaper, but we didn’t because we taken care of the following issues.

  • We have used original milled broadcloth wool – which is about 8 times more expensive than Meltons that all the other dealers use.
  • All our fabrics are dyed with natural dyes – no chemicals are used in their coloring. It is a more aunthentic process, but time consuming and expensive.
  • We have used hand-stitching where authenticity has demanded – it is extremely authentic for the era, but again- a cost multiplier.
  • We have only used naturally tanned leather at all places – no chrome tanned leatherhas been used anywhere.
  • 100% natural Cotton and Linen fabrics have been used wherever required.
  • We are still, by far, the most economical supplier of the above uniforms on the internet. Happy shopping !
