Ww2 US Navy Dress Blue Service Uniform for EM’s:

Dress Blue service coat of the ww2 US Navy also called “PEA COAT” was worn over the blue wool uniform and is a warm wool winter coat. It is fully lined and has a large roll wool collar for warmth.
