We make all Civil War uniforms for the US and have been making them for the past 20 years. We make uniforms of both the Confederate army and the Union army and most of the important Sutlers, Quarter masters, and vendors source these uniforms from us. The trousers use dish buttons which are true to the US Civil war era and are worn quite loose and are 1-2 inch higher rise than your blue jeans. The legs are left unhemmed if you wish or we can hem them for you as per your height. The US Civil war confederate trousers have two side seam pockets. The US Civil war Confederate trousers have a button fly and also suspender buttons in pewter.
